Registration is online, using the CampDoc.com system. In order to ease the congestion of all campers registering at once, we have staggered the registration dates to allow us to provide the best service possible to all of our camp families.
Feb. 24, 2020 - North Salem & North Salem School District registration opens at 9am. Full 5-week session registration is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Space is limited. Bus registration will also open to these residents on February 24, 2020.
March 2, 2020 - Registration for all other campers opens at 9am. Full 5-week session registration is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Space is limited. Bus registration will also open to all other campers on March 2, 2020
May 1, 2020 - Late fee applied to all incomplete accounts and new registrations. After May 1st, a $75 late fee is added to each account not paid in full OR with incomplete information. All participants registering after May 1st will pay an additional $75 late fee.

2020 Tuition Fees
Full-Session (5 weeks) Registration (before May 1, 2020)

A late fee of $75 will be added to each account with an incomplete Health Profile and/or a remaining balance on May 1st.
Busing: $180 per rider, space limited. Tentative bus stops to include: Somers Middle School, Purdy's Field, John Jay School & Katonah Commuter Lot, Increase Miller Elementary School, Pequenakonck Elementary School, Joe Bohrdrum Park.

Counselor-In-Training (CIT) Application
Participants must be 13 or 14 years of age (12 year olds entering 8th grade in Fall 2020 will also be considered). There is a program fee of $360 for those accepted into the program.
DEADLINE MARCH 2, 2020. Applications are open for two weeks only - Feb. 17 - March 2, 2020.
To apply, individuals must be 15 years of age by 8/1/2020, have experience working with children, and possess the desire to work in an outdoor setting with children. Teachers, lifeguards, outdoor enthusiasts, athletes, and those with certificates/experience in related fields are encouraged to apply. High school or college students considering a career working with children are also highly encouraged to apply.
Applications will be available starting on 2/17/2020 and will close once all positions have been filled.
