2024 Registration

Camper Registration

Registration is online, using the Community Pass system. Credit Cards and e-checks will be accepted online with an additional convenience fee. As always, cash and checks will also be accepted at our office with no additional fee. Health information and immunization records will be collected in May via CampDoc - look out for an email with your account link.

**If you don't have a Community Pass account with the Town of North Salem, please create an account for your family HERE before registration day to guarantee you can access online registration on the correct day and at the correct tuition rate**

In order to ease the congestion of all campers registering at once, we have staggered the registration dates to allow us to provide the best service possible to all of our camp families.

Registration is first come, first served. Once filled, a waitlist will be available for all sessions in case a spot opens.

March 19, 2024 - North Salem & North Salem School District registration opens at 9am.

March 20, 2024 - Non-Resident registration opens at 9am.

May 15, 2023 - Late fee applied to all incomplete accounts and new registrations. After May 15th, a $75 late fee is added to each account not paid in full OR with incomplete information. All participants registering after May 15th will pay an additional $75 late fee per session.
